I didn't submit a list but Siddle and Alexander would have been my top 2.
James Jones from Yale would be another high on my list.
Jon Perry at Navy is another i'm really intrigued by. Only one season as a HC, but he is having an all-time great year at Navy 26-6, 17-1 won 14 straight games. 2nd most wins in a season (below only a David Robinson year and they have the potential to catch that one).
There are a handful of high level assts I like but they are at schools that spend alot on basketball and I wonder how they will do at a program that spends below avg for its conference.
I think if we are going to make a change you have to find a coach that has been successful at a school where they aren't outspending their conference opponents and still winning.
That suggests a coach that is good at some combination of identifying undervalued players, developing players, and/or coaching prep and in-game.
