Interested to hear CJR’s reasoning behind pitching decisions if someone in the press conference is willing to ask the tough questions. Seemed he really lacked faith in the bullpen. Souring a terrific performance from Patel by leaving him in so long. Pulling Loy after 4 pitches. Leaving Barfield and Dmitri on the bench. Sending out Tate on 1 day rest. Any single one is eyebrow raising, but collectively they were really head scratching.

There's really nothing to say. Everything is totally obvious.

The approach by the bats the last 3 innings was abysmal when we just needed a little insurance.

Ramsey could not have blown the pitching these last 2 days any worse. Why do you go and make Loy your big pitching transfer addition with his postseason experience if you're not going to use him when everyone in the world could see Patel was done after he gave everything for that strikeout in the 8th.

And in the history of GT baseball, when has it ever worked bringing back a top starter to close a game out in the postseason?

Ramsey was totally and completely outclassed by the OU coach these last 2 days. This is worse than 2019. I hope it doesn't set the program back for years.

I agree. I’d love to know if it was Ramsey allowing Taylor to make those decisions. Or if it was Ramsey. They were terrible decisions.

Lol I actually think Ramsey proved to be correct leaving Patel in for so long. Nobody else appears capable. We would've given up 20 runs if not for Patel.

Why can't Tech fans have nice things. Disappointed with our pitching but this team has relied on the long ball all year. Coulda, woulda, shoulda.
