Pitt is playing to get into the ACC championship and there stadium is half empty.
Maybe Big Ben had a point when he said that Pitt should leave Heinz Field (I know that’s not actually the name anymore) for a 35,000 seat on-campus stadium. Not sure if he meant it as a jab, but a lot of Pitt fans took it that way

Miami gets the ball to start the 2nd half. If they can get a TD there and run away to a similar final score as ND-Pitt, they can really make the committee’s life hell. Especially since this is an ACC game that Pitt actually took seriously 😉
I was never that impressed with Pitt's "great" young QB when we played them. They really didn't look that great. We just **** the bed because that's what we do.

Miami has underachieved. They have the most talent of any ACC Team.
Yes, we’ve been hearing about their talent for years now. For all the media love, talent, money, and hype, Miami has……zero ACC titles. They’ve only ever even played in ONE. Chronic underachievers.

But maybe this is their year. They do look good.

I have no clue how the tie breakers would work out if either SMU or UVA lost. SMU did beat Miami in OT so they have the head to head.

A passing thought this morning: our season has been very miami-esque, storming out to an 8-0 start only to collapse after losing a game to a mid-tier ACC team (NC State).
