I'm sorry, but UCLA is not a strong team. Only one hit so far and losing 1-0. They may win this game, but they really really struggle with getting past opponents.

I said before the seeds came out that the last month we’ve been playing like the runaway best team in the country and they’re playing like a team that shouldn’t even be a national seed. I still don’t understand how they got the nod despite every metric pointing to us AND their ace being out. Real danger of going 0-2 b/c they are gonna score 3-6 runs and give up 3-6 runs against just about any team in the country right now.

It really goes to show you should give mid majors like Mercer a chance before taking number 9, 10, or 11 from a power conference.
