NASA found a ton of issues with Artemis before the last mission. Think how bad it would be if they hadn’t made the vendors fix all that stuff before this trip.

The fix it list after this trip is going to be pretty long too

Luckily this is more of a dress rehearsal kind of mission; finding issues is one of the primary technology goals. In human spaceflight terms, the mission is going remarkably well (so far). The Apollo program had some far more catastrophic failures.
