Maybe we can get Game Day for the Pitt game.
If Pitt can climb up into the rankings, it's possible, but that Saturday also has Oklahoma-Mizzou and USC-Oregon. I have a feeling ESPN is going to prefer going to an SEC/B1G matchup in Norman or Eugene over a high-stakes ACC tilt.

Right now a noon game on ESPN or ABC is the likely best case scenario most weeks for GT.

Unless it is a strong ACC matchup (and frankly GT doesn't really have those on its schedule this year) the 3:30 slots are going to SEC schools and highly ranked B12 schools.

I looked to see if there were any websites that tried to predict ESPN Game Day’s next stop. This is what BETMGM says (but I would bet that they didn’t thinking about COFH being on Black Friday)…

College GameDay Week 13 Location Prediction
  • Montana State at Montana
It’s been three years since GameDay visited an FCS location, and I think we’re going to see the streak break this year. ESPN visited the famous Brawl of the Wild game in Bozeman in 2022, and this year presents an opportunity to go back to Montana to get the Missoula treatment.

Alternatively, I think Fargo could be in play here as well – it’s been more than 10 years since North Dakota State’s last time hosting the show. (They’ve since won about 187 more national championships.)

College GameDay Week 14 Location Prediction
  • Georgia at Georgia Tech
There are so many good options here, including Auburn hosting the Iron Bowl. But there’s a real chance that Georgia Tech is the higher-ranked team when it plays its rivalry game against Georgia, and there could very likely be CFP implications in play for both teams.

Given the rarity of that event, I’d say back-to-back trips to Atlanta could be on the table, with the SEC championship to follow in December.

knowing ESPN and Kirby they are thinking of moving our game with Pitt to Thanksgiving Day a day before our game with uga on Friday. Kirby told ESPN that this would help them and ESPN said we will do anything to help a SEC team.

Are we even be eligible for GameDay? Our game is on Friday, I assume GameDay would be on Saturday as usual...

They don't have any rule against going to the same place multiple times in a season. They made repeat trips to both Columbus, OH and College Station, TX last year.
Doubtful they go back again if Pitt beats ND and we're still undefeated. I do believe Pitt can beat ND. Then, they'll be a quality win when we beat them.

Maybe, but Pitt isn't even ranked right now, and they definitely won't be if they lose to ND.

ESPN also seems to have a serious disinterest in putting ACC conference matchups on the marquee. They've only done it twice in the past five seasons.

So I think we'd need to (1) beat NCSt and BC, (2) have Pitt beat ND, (3) have OU lose to Bama and/or Mizzou lose to TAMU, and maybe (4) USC lose to Iowa. If all those things happen, then yeah, I think we'll get GameDay.

Agreed about Gameday. The ACC Huddle on the other hand has a really good chance of being there for our game with Pitt. That would be better anyway as it will all but guarantee we will win :D
