You left out the quintessential Harvard grad of the 21st century.

David Hogg.
A great American, calling attention to the tragedy of epidemic gun violence.
I'll remember your sarcasm at the next mass school shooting. And the next, and the next, and the next...

David Hogg.
He's got nothing on some of these 20th century Harvard grads:

Ted Kaczynski- also had PhD & MA from uga of north
Isoroku Yamamoto- FAFO during WWII
Ernst Hafstenaegel- funded Mein Kampf
John Silas Reed- his idol was Lenin
Jeffrey Skilling- made a killing at Enron with his Market to Market accounting prowess
John Thain- Merril Lynch, too bad he slipped a few digits in his spreadsheets
Eugene Plotkin- Goldman Sachs, had a keen eye for rapidly appreciating securities. You'd think he married a President he was so good.

Take away the Nobel prize winners and you could have a good argument about did that group as a whole cause more damage to the US and World than the good they contributed. Taken individually some certainly made great contributions but the opposite is also true of others
Now remove the ones who contributed something before the oldest GTSwarm member's grandfather graduated high school. Harvard hasn't been an educational institution in over a hundred years.

My grandfather if you consider he would have graduated the year he turned 18, had they had high schools back then, would have graduated the same year the United States went on the gold standard. William McKinley was President. New Mexico and Arizona were territories.

Fascinating! I was imagining it'd be like 1880, so 1873 is pretty good!

No matter what their record is, Harvard will always be inferior to GT.

What conference are they in? THEY AIN’T PLAYED NOBODY!!!
Three Ivy League teams are ahead of Tech's basketball performance thus far this season in the NCAA NET rankings, and Harvard is close. I do note that Tech is ahead of Josh Pastner's UNLV team. Tech , Harvard, and UNLV are all Quad 3 teams and won't move up significantly until they beat quad 1 and 2 teams. All ACC teams are currently ahead of Tech int he NET rankings by at least 47 points.
