The lack of interest in academics rhetoric stems from guys like AJ Storr, Jalen Coleman-Lands and PJ Haggerty. Their movements over the years are much more public and scrutinized than the guy that went to 2-3 schools and he earned a couple degrees. You never hear about those guys.

The NCAA also stopped beating the “student first” drum as soon as they threw up their hands and said: “screw it, pay em”
The lack-of interest in-academics rhetoric is based on massive roster turnover every year everywhere that is taking hold in this new NIL environment.

In most cases, if someone is giving priority, or even just due consideration, to academic interests in choosing where to go to college, it doesn’t make sense to change college every year.

Is there another way to make assumptions?

We only naturally come to conclusions based on the information we have, even if it is meager. If we suspended judgment until all the facts were in then we would be dead of old age before we made our first decision.
Decisions and opinions are not the same thing. Ask Marcus Aurelius.

Ndongo headed to Pitt and teaming back up with Nait again.....God, it is going to be weird watching them in a different uniform.

Yet another example of how F'd up college hoops has become. I don't give a damn what no one says, those two should have graduated from GT.

That said, I hope we beat them by 50!

If you thought it was bad, it is about to get worse. Former G-Leaguers and pros from across the pond.

Supposedly, one of the guys that we are in best shape with is a former G-League guard that’s playing professionally in some rinky-dink pro league overseas.

Being able to play back in the states, against younger dudes, and be able to earn a comparable salary.

Who knows, maybe he would use it as an opportunity to change his life and earn a GT degree, but that definitely seems to have gone out the window.
My guess is they probably can't even spell GT.
