Brothers and sisters, it is Gameday!

Once more unto the breach dear friends, once more the 2025 edition of the Yellow Jackets (at leat what's left of it) will take the field in Orlando to play the BYU Cougars in the Pop Tarts Bowl. Haynes King and the rest of the Brave and Bold are looking to get that 10th W and be Tech Like one more time. The best part is that it isn't November any more. It's going to be a beautiful and warm day (unlike say the Pinstripe - 29F or the Military - 40F) so we go that going for us.

So get up and get your gold on. Leave the decorations alone and get your tailgate set up at home or in a parking lot in Orlando - IT'S GAMEDAY! The offseason has plenty of time for chores. Get your beverages chilled and your food heated up and party like it's the end of time; there's nearly eight desolate months ahead and today we have a game to win and then Pop Tarts to eat. Outside of the CFP it doesn't get any better than this.

If you made the trip, remember your sun block. Otherwise get to your favorite big screen. No shenanigans today, ABC has the game.

Reporting live from Orlando, it is another beautiful day and expected to be in high 70’s at kickoff. Arrived Christmas Day. Plenty of GT fans are here. Haven’t seen any BYU fans but I am sure they are somewhere in Orlando. Great day and opportunity to beat a very good football team. Let’s hope our defense that played those UGAly Dawgs very tough shows up and the offense that generated 600 plus yards of offense vs NCST shows up. Go Jackets.

I pity the defender that stands between Haynes King and the end zone. I truly do. Haynes will run thru them like varsity chili dogs through a goose. When he's older and retired with a grandchild on his knee and the kid asks 'Grandpa, what did you do in the bowl game of 2025?'
