I said it before, but when I was teaching, I didn't have to expend additional energy on the A students. But I worked my tail off with some of the C and D students. Same when I managed people. The superstars and high performers just need directions. Then you pretty much just get out of their way uness asked. I think Kirby understands this very well. Although I imagine Key does too at the end of the day. They both coached for Saban.</blockquote>
