Indiana has a football history of 525 wins, 719 losses, suggesting a long history with more losing seasons than winning ones. Until Cignetti shows up they were totally irrelevant. Now he shows up and they hardly ever lose. Why? Is it largely because of Cignetti or are the jimmy's & Joe's are...
A.I. just informed me... (via Google), that Georgia Tech has averaged approximately 6.4 wins per football season since 1970 (56 seasons). UGA in the same period avg. 9-10 wins/season per same A.I. Don't we have to conclude that we have been just a mediocre football school? As a fan and a...
Coach Paul Johnson often mentioned that BYU had significantly older players who were typically more physically mature also than most teams. He was quick to point out that BYU was more formidable for this age difference reason. Seems GT will likely lose making the season a worse one...
Interesting take. I truly hope GT beats them tomorrow by 35 points (!) but I don't see it happening in this universe. I just think GT is a significantly inferior team to UGA this year. Is your take only born from a 'fan's' optimism? If not, please give us more insight into what we might...
I consider getting 'embarrassed' to include many more things other than just score, but I'll start there: losing by 28+ points, allowing UGa to play 3rd string in 4th qtr, managing the clock poorly, throwing interceptions, getting dominated at both lines of scrimmage, giving up several 20+ yds...
I think GT would possibly win 1 game (7+ diff.) , GT would win 1 game (7- diff.), and UGA would likely win 8 games convincingly, possibly 1 game (28+ differential). GT "might" win Friday, but I will very surprised if we are within 21 points at the end. I despise all things UGA and I'm a GT grad...
It seems truly delusional to give any credence to the notion that GT wins this one or is even competitive. I think the DWAGS win this going away. In what universe can the team we've watched the last 3 games compete with the #4 team in the country? And I, too, will not watch us get...
...is that our admission requirements impact the talent level of recruits we can pursue at GT, (especially defensive recruits) ?
Are GT's admission requirements ACTUALLY higher than many schools, especially 'football' schools? Have these admission requirements become higher, I.e., were they...
ND is manhandling Pitt. Throwing Pitt's RB's, receivers, and QB around like ragdolls. ND up by 25 and Pitt has about 27 yds rushing midway thru 3rd qtr. Game is not as close as the score indicates.
Georgia is almost always a good to very good team, unfortunately. I think if they play their 'A' game and GT plays its 'A' game they would win 8 out of 10 games vs. us. And sometimes they would beat GT badly.
